Account and data deletion

Delete your ThaiHabit account.

You can start a deletion request here even if you cannot open the app or sign in. Support verifies your identity before processing your request.

What gets deleted

After verification, ThaiHabit deletes the linked sign-in account, app-controlled cloud records and user-owned files tied to it. This includes synced learning progress, review history, profile and vocabulary data, account-scoped conversations and community activity.

Subscriptions and other records

The matching RevenueCat customer record is deleted. Account deletion does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription—manage or cancel it through the store account that purchased it.

Store transaction history and third-party records kept for legal, fraud-prevention, security or provider obligations follow each provider’s policy. Device-only data is not remotely erased.

If you can still open the app

Open Progress → Profile and choose Delete account. Apple-linked accounts require a fresh Apple sign-in. Use Delete app data on each device to remove data stored only on that device.

Your request and verification

Support replies by email to verify that the request belongs to the account holder. A secure provider reauthorization may be required. Processing starts after identity verification; submitting the form does not mean your account has already been deleted.

The support request is a separate record. Resolved or closed requests are removed by the daily retention process once they are older than 365 days.
